Most stems can be easily bent, or trimmed with wire cutters to suit your vase.
 
Avoid displaying your arrangement in direct sunlight as this can cause discolouration.
 
Frequently lightly dust your flowers or alternatively use a hair dryer on the cold setting to keep your flowers looking fresh.
